Show your four-legged friend how much you care this holiday season by purchasing a 2012 dog license. Licensed dogs are registered under the “Return a Lost Dog” program on the Delaware County website and is the best way to ensure a pooch is reunited with his or her owner. State Law also requires all dogs to be licensed and the fine for unlicensed dogs is $300.
Licenses may be obtained 20 locations including the county Treasurer’s Office in Media. For more information, visit www.co.delaware.pa.us or call (610) 891-4276.
