Offering a wide array of sandwiches, named after multiple towns in the area and plenty of seafood choices, Casey’s Seafood Grille & Pub in Newtown Square is a great choice for any occasion. Relaxed enough for a quick meal or a drink at the bar but nice enough for a more formal affair. On one side the dining room opens into the bar, creating a fun atmosphere that allows you to watch the game while enjoying a full meal. The other side of the restaurant is a more secluded and quiet area where you can enjoy an intimate conversation or close a business deal. In the back of the restaurant there is a private room for small parties. The decor offers a cozy environment celebrating Newtown Square and the surrounding areas.

After enjoying lunch with two close friends, we all agreed that Casey’s was a good choice and we would definitely come back. I chose a sandwich called “the Goshen”. A New York Strip steak topped with onion rings, tomatoes and lettuce on a long roll served with your choice of French fries or fruit and a pickle. It was excellent, the perfect size for lunch and cooked to perfection. Natalie chose “The Waynesboro”, a double decker sandwich that consisted of tuna, lettuce and tomato. “The sandwich, she says, was delicious but had a bit too much tuna”. Nikki chose the “Crab St Albans”, a toasted English muffin topped with crab imperial and served with a side of French fries and a pickle. With a large portion of lump crab meat on top of a perfectly toasted english muffin, she was very pleased with her lunch. Nikki complimented her meal with a glass of J. Lohr Riesling, a combination which made her very excited to return.

Overall Casey’s was a great experience. It is a nice place to catch up with friends or take the family with a price point that won’t kill your budget. The service was great and there is something to eat for even the pickiest of eaters.
